Age of the Two Suns (AT)-
This is the name attributed to the era where we first see the introduction of elves, dwarves, and drows into the world. Humans
came at least 40,000 years before this, however their earliest exact records are almost non-existant in Korth, especially
since they are not native to the continent of Korth. As the name of the era suggests, it is the time when there were two suns
in the sky during the day and as a result, Korth saw 21 hour days with only 3 hour nights

Three elven tribes establish discover the central land of Korth; it is said that
today every elf or half-elf can trace their roots back to one of these tribes:
*The
Turunalindi tribe came from the south across the Niarian Ocean and are best known for developing agriculture
*The Vacca tribe came from the north across the Korth Ocean and are best known for developing hunting techniques using the
first bow and arrow *The Aerandir tribe came from the east across the endless grasslands
and are best known for bringing to Korth the worship of a pantheon of 2 Sun Goddesses & 98 minor gods of nature

|
The elven tribes establish permanent, official settlements in Korth as opposed
to continuing the old nomadic ways
*The Turunalindi established the commune called
Tur'run upon land later known as Tir'an (today it is the entry point island of the world)
*The Vacca established the commune called Kor'ethel upon land later known as Korth City before it was taken over by the
humans and renamed Prolix City (today it is an abandoned city overrun by nature)
*The Aerandir established the commune called Aepran upon land later known as Aspreith (today it stands as a beautiful chain
of islands near the Temple of Ollopa)

The Drow Race, led by the incredibly violent drow named Yorn Dios, arrive on the shores
of Korth. They bring a lifestyle of war as they constantly move up and down the coastlines destroying & conquering all
elven villages in their path It is estimated that around
450,000 elves lost their lives to the 100 or so drows that first set foot in Korth Yorn Dios is popularly considered the first "King of Korth" for his ruthless conquest
of the land. A little known fact is that Yorn Dios was the only male Drow to come to Korth, so he is also the common ancestor
from which all other drows in Korth came from
|
|

|
Yorn Dios begins to find drow women "uninteresting and unpleasing", and as
a result, the drow population begins to seriously decline while the elven population continues in a shattered state after
the drow conquests Drows
and Elves are forced to intermarry, for the first time in history, to save both their races

While on a journey to escape war in their homeland, the Dwarves discover the land of
Korth Fearing the intense
knowledge of the dwarves, the drows quickly declare them "Enemies of the State". Every dwarf is sold into slavery
to a drowish family. It is known that in their slavery, the dwarves developed a highly developed system of underground tunnels
where they secretly met to plan a rebellion against the Drows who ruled Korth
|
|

|
The sinister Drow reign over Korth comes to an end when all over Korth, dwarves rebel
against and kill the children of every Drowish household. Drows are forced to surrender power to the Dwarves in order to save
themselves *An elder
dwarf named Orth L'Okisul is voted to lead the Dwarves in their "New Korth Order", which they called the Dioscurin
Empire

|
The days start to become hotter and hotter. The summers tend to reach on average 125* and
the winters tend to reach on average 70*. This warming trend continues for the next 75 years and becomes progressively worse
as fireballs rain down from the two suns. Much of the old buildings and infrastructure of this period are lost to this destruction
of Fire.
|
|
999 AT
|
The two suns completely fuse into one colossal sun, as a result, most life in Korth
is wiped out in one incredible wave of fire The Aerandir elven tribe specifically believes this to be the defining moment when the Second Sun Goddess
Simetra sacrificed herself to her twin Sun Goddess Ollopa in order to become one stronger Sun Goddess to control the land
|
Age of the Colossus (AC)- This is the name of the era attributed to the time period when there was one sun and one sun goddess in the
elven religion, the other gods of Creationism in the elven religion were dropped
|
001 AC
|
Small family tribes settle along the waterways
of the land attempting to restart the communes of ancient times. Among the Turunalindi, the Vacca,
and the Aerandir family tribes are the Dios (who have become more dwarven than anything else) and the Fuma (entirely drow)
|
|

|
A clear separation of the races back to dwarf, elf, and
drow is seen. Those who do not differentiate back to the old races settle in the far east

A unified faith in the sun goddess, Ollopa is established
to elven culture. Madam Leta is appointed the first High Priestess of Ollopa. Leta was said to be the
last of the Aerandir family tribe; Any descendents of the Aerandir today are said to be directly related to Leta

|
An elven warrioress named Theodora establishes peace between
all the family tribes and later that same year establishes the Empire of Hyperborea with herself as empress; she appoints
her nephew DayStar as Prince leader of a small village dedicated to Torrix worship called Tir'an
|
|
530 AC
|
Empress Theodora, realizing that Hyperborea is too big
for her to control by herself, divides the empire into four matriarchal mini-queendoms: Pylos of the Southwest, Hloab of the
East, Dolf of the Far East, and Dioscuri of the Central Forests. A single elven woman of the highest moral character is appointed
by Theodora to watch over one mini-queendom in the name of Hyperborea while Theodora herself watched over the capital, Korth
City
|
|
550 AC
|
In an attempt to avoid civil war, Empress Theodora
makes peace with the High Priestess Leta by naming Ollopa as the supreme, official faith of the empire of Hyperborea
|
|
777 AC
|
Empress Theodora, knowing her time to die is then, tells
her four sub-queens that they must elect a new empress for the throne of Hyperborea. The four sub-queens take too long trying
to locate a suitable candidate and Empress Theodora dies without any new empress being crowned to the throne of Hyperborea.
Each sub-queen remains watching over her own mini-queendom while no real leader is appointed to rule over the capital city,
Korth or the empire as a whole
|
|
800 AC
|
High Priestess Leta casts a spell killing the four
sub-queens in their sleep. Now that each mini-queendom and the Korth Capital is leaderless, the High Priestess Leta moves
in to restore the Empire of Hyperborea as a theocracy with a lot of support of the elven people. This new era of elven leadership
marks the return of the concept of Gods to elven culture.

1776 AC
|
Dwarves, unhappy with the new elven theocracy and now having
reproduced into such large numbers to match the elves, rebel against High Priestess Leta’s theocracy. In three swift
battles, the dwarves overtake Hyperborea. High Priestess Leta is cast into a dwarven dungeon pending a dwarven trial
|
|
1778 AC
|
A dwarven trial finally convenes to decide the fate of Korth, elves,
and dwarves. Rather than keeping all of Hyperborea, the dwarves give the above ground back to High
Priestess Leta and maintain the below ground tunnels for themselves. Two dwarven revolutionary brothers, Castor and Polydeuces
are crowned kings of the Dual Kingdom of the Dioscuri, which is established as a completely dwarven province

The drows of the southwestern region of Hyperborea demand
freedom from Hyperborea. In the process of rebellion, the drows kill High Priestess Leta. An elven man named Abaris asserts
himself as being divinely appointed to the position of High Priest beginning a new tradition of a patriarchal society
in the elven culture

2001 AC
|
Abaris, being a lover of peace, grants the drows autonomy
in the southwestern region of Pylos. The drows unanimously choose a ruthless drow named Neleus Enad to be King of Pylos. Neleus
also constructs stone walls around Pylos, following a precedent set by Dolf-Hloab

Humans arrive on the shores of Korth and quickly take control
of the capital city, Korth pushing the elves out into the forest. A human named Sarok, director of the large human monopoly
Kolb, is elected chancellor of the new Prolix City. During construction of the Prolix City Naval Port, the Dioscuri tunnels
are flooded out. As a result, the dwarven population is not heard from for years and the naval port drifts off into the sea
a failed project

2535 AC
|
After a decade of warfare, King Aecus of Dolf-Hloab dies
causing the half breed races in the force against Prolix City to be called back. Days later, the drow and elves return home
defeated and still with intense feelings of hate for Prolix City residents. Almost three months later, Aecus’ eldest
son, Telamon is crowned king of Dolf-Hloab

A strong, mysterious wind picks up in the land of Korth
and carries away the life forces of King Alastor Enad of Pylos, King Telamon of Dolf-Hloab, Chancellor Otyak of Prolix City,
and High Priest Abaris of the Ollopan Faith. A few months afterwards, the spirit of Lord Vercingetorix of the Ranulian Faith
is stricken away from the universe forever
|
|
2593 AC
|
Lord Garrick of the Ranulian Faith emerges back into Korth,
with, what seems to be, no followers and seeing Abaris is dead, he inherits the Ollopan Circle and becomes its caretaker.
The other followers of the Ranulian Faith are presumed dead or lost

Lord Garrick, the great grandson of Queen Pelia Enad,
returns to Pylos to take up the crown for himself. He establishes an iron-fist oligarchy with himself and a high council known
as the Chambers of Elghinn to rule Pylos. Also, a traveler by the name of Padfoot Coreu makes her way to Dolf-Hloab, where
she unites the disorganized half-breeds and is named Queen of Dolf-Hloab. In the elven village of Tir’an, a place for
elves dedicated to the elven god Torrix, the people organize a Grand Assembly of all citizens, so they may rule themselves
collectively beneath the wisdom of an elf named Bean Duke Turunalindi. In the elven village of Aspreith, a place for elves
dedicated to the old ways with the Sun Goddess Ollopa, the daughter of Abaris named Ladychat becomes the new High Priestess
and leader.

|
2601 AC
|
The "Prolix Alliance" is formed between King Goshenta of Prolix
and Emperor Garrick of Pylos in an effort to continue economic prosperity between Pylos and Prolix. In response, The "Korth
Alliance" is formed between Queen Padfoot of Dolf-Hloab, Prince Duke of Tir'an, and High Priestess Ladychat in an
effort to protect their respective nations against rumors of war from the Prolix Alliance
The entire land
regularly becomes witness during this year to the ongoing Dragon Wars between the 3 Dragon Nations that surround Korth on
the East, West, and South sides. One day, the Queen of the Eastern Dragons (named Gala) arrives in Korth to lay five dragon
eggs under the protection of an Aspreith elf named shadow demon. This sparks much controversy in the land as the nations begin
competing for control of the eggs since rumors of a prophecy concerning the eggs' begin to spread. Dolf-Hloab ends up
taking & bares witness to the hatching of two dragon eggs, whose hatchlings were named: Tiamat (a purple-colored female)
and Nidhogg (a green-colored male). Aspreith ends up taking & bares witness to the hatching of a single dragon egg, whose
hatchling was named: Ryuu (a green-colored male). Tir'an ends up taking & bares witness to the hatching of a single
dragon egg, whose hatchling was named: Scylla (a purple-colored female). Emperor Garrick of Pylos, however, ended up stealing
the final egg, used a power beneath the Pylos Volcano to force the hatchling under his control, and named the hatchling Leviathan
(a female). Shortly after her birth, Leviathan's scales and body turned entirely blood red-colored and she grew to an
enormous size very quickly resulting from her evil bond with Garrick.
|
|
2602 AC
|
Garrick uses his dragoness Leviathan to remove the two largest threats to
his growing Pylos Empire: Tir'an and Prolix. Both Tir'an and Prolix are burned and destroyed within minutes by
Leviathan. Dolf-Hloab's dragon Nidhogg uses an ice breath to put out the flames in Tir'an, however, he is not heard
from again and it is assumed that either the ice breath killed him or Leviathan found & murdered him. At this time, the
other dragons Tiamat, Scylla, and Ryuu are being guarded safely in the Ore Mines by Dolf-Hloab.
Over the next couple
months, Leviathan is ordered back into Korth to lay ruin to the two remaining nations: Dolf-Hloab and Aspreith. The task is
carried out swiftly and as if overnight, Garrick assumes autonomous control over the land of Korth through means of the Pylos
Empire. Elves, humans, half-breeds all fall enslaved to the wills of Garrick, Leviathan, and the Drow race. It is also in
this time that the Dragon Nations on the outskirts of Korth completely finish killing each other off. Neither dragon nation
in the West, East, or South survives, leaving Pylos with even more unrestricted power and control over the land that slowly
begins to crumble into volcanic ash.
|
|
2603 AC
|
The dragon Ryuu is captured by Garrick from the Ore Mines. Ryuu and Leviathan
are ordered to mate with one another to restart the Dragon Race. Half of the eggs from this mating are given to Leviathan
to restart the Western Dragon Nation while the other half are given to Ryuu to restart the Southern Dragon Nation. Originally,
Garrick's plans were to have both the West and South dragon nations serve as provinces of the Pylos Empire. However, the
absence of Leviathan, allowed the people of Korth to organize around the remaining dragons (Tiamat and Scylla) to rebel
against Garrick and the Pylos Empire. Garrick runs the Pylos Empire completely bankrupt after financing the reconstruction
of the Prolix and Tir'an nations in Korth for the elves and human rebels. In one swift move, every elf and human is banished
from all Pylosian territory and forced to relocate to either the wilderness or the newly constructed nations. Pylos sinks
into decay resulting from the bankruptcy and Garrick allows himself to be killed by his second cousin Phrixus Enad.
|
|
2604 AC
|
After the fall of Pylos, Tiamat lays a single egg in Korth, which hatches into
an elf named Ashanrai, who becomes the new Holy Prince of Tir'an
Prolix undergoes a series of several leaders
back and forth between Adam, Father, Queen Onyx, and Cernunos
|
|
2605 AC
|
The Dragon Wars continue again, this time in Korth. Father, leader of Prolix,
is given a dragon by Ryuu (now the new King of the Southern Dragons) whom he names Nyx and rides into battle against
the elves. Ashanrai also acquires a dragon whom he names Erenrai and rides into battle against the humans.
After
the death of Father and his dragon Nyx, Prolix becomes momentarily leaderless right in the middle of an ongoing Dragon War
with Tir'an. A mysterious woman known only as "The Sorceress" appears in Prolix to restore order and assume
leadership of the Prolix nation.
|
|
2606 AC
|
Garrick and his dragon Leviathan (now Queen of the Western Dragons), accompanied
by the newly renewed Western Dragon army, raise havoc for the elves (led by Ashanrai still), humans (led by The Sorceress
still), and Southern Dragons (led by Ryuu still). The battles begin to wear on The Sorceress of Prolix, who finds that her
power is slowly diminishing as she grows old with age, and as a result, she retires from leadership in Prolix. The Sorceress'
retirement from power allows a young, strong-willed Archduke of Prolix named Xandrake and his fierce white dragon
Vervada to lead the Prolix humans against its enemies.
For a few days in his reign over Prolix, Archduke Xandrake
secures peace with the Elven Country by marrying Attasha, the half-elven daughter of Cala Ashanrai. The differences between
their two cultural identities becomes too great and the marriage does not last, which results in increased tensions between
elves and humans.
However, Archduke Xandrake becomes overwhelmed with pressure from Garrick, Queen Leviathan, and
their Western Dragon Army's constant attacks. Overnight, he retires himself and his dragon Vervada to live away from Korth
in a more peaceful land. As a result, a young, ambitious student of Xandrake's takes over as the new leader of the Prolix
humans. The student was named VLadamire, and he claimed the title Viceroy of Prolix.
Viceroy VLadamire brought
a rejuvenated sense of prosperity to a dwindling Prolix economy. VLadamire had seen Prolix become a poorer nation under
previous leaderships where the way of the merchant was sacrificed entirely for the way of the warrior. VLadamire
saw a way to balance both the ideals of the merchant and the warrior to renew Prolix into glory. The population of Prolix
saw a notable upturn under VLadamire's reign, equal to the rising population across the river in the Elven Country under
Cala Ashanrai's reign. Since VLadamire was not a Dragon Rider, there was less of an emphasis on the Dragon Wars, which
allowed his reign to be marked by peace.
Garrick had grown jealous of the wealth that VLadamire brought to Prolix,
which proved fatal to this peaceful reign. Overnight, Garrick had sent a couple of his mindless drow goons to break into the
Viceroy Mansion in Prolix. They had succeeded in kidnapping the Viceroy and sending him far away from Korth where he may never
return. Prosperity in Prolix curved downward sharply with the loss of the Viceroy and Prolix was left leaderless for awhile.
|
|
2607 AC
|
The new year brought the same leaders back into place among the Western Dragons,
the Southern Dragons, and the Elven Country. However, a new leader arrived on the shores of Prolix from a foreign land: Empress
Jennifer Zopel. The Empress brought a renewed vigor to the Prolix population. She was young, like the two previous leaders,
which seemed to bring hope to the Prolix humans. She stressed new values of family and friendship among the hardened
Prolix warriors and merchants. This came at an inopportune moment though for Korth as the orc populations were also on the
rise and growing ever more violent in the area. The people of Prolix felt that The Empress was a weak leader to handle the
current affairs of the land. There was a public outcry of protest, a revolt, and a public referendum in Prolix to elect a
new leader. Aldebaran Anrik, a middle-aged, experienced "Renaissance man" was chosen as the new leader of Prolix.
Aldebaran Anrik claimed the title Grand Commander to reflect the new image of strength in Prolix and the return of
the Prolix military. Aldebaran is credited as being the great architect of Prolix for his massive construction overhauls to
better design the empire for efficiency to support a growing human population. Aldebaran's powerful Prolix army can also
be credited with killing Leviathan, forcing her to remain in the Underworld with Garrick.
Scylla was also killed
by Garrick's minions during a battle of the Dragon Wars. Her last prophecy read the following: "Hear your fate,
O dwellers in Prolix of the wide open spaces. Either your famed great town must be sacked by Ryuu's sons, or,if that be
not- the whole land of the Elves shall mourn the death of a prince of the house of Gala. For not the strength of dragons or
of spirit blades shall hold back the Weapon of the Ages. Strength against strength; for the weapon of the ages has the power
of Torrix and will not be checked til one of these two lands She the Weapon has consumed". Overcome with grief, Dr. Duke,
a former leader of the Elven Country, later was found dead near his island hut.
In order to attain more power,
Garrick had his minions kill Tiamat, the dragoness mother of Cala Ashanrai. Shortly thereafter, Ryuu found himself overwhelmed
with grief at the loss of his sister. Ryuu had a strange feeling since he was the last of his siblings, which enabled him
to realize that he truly is the son of Gala and the noble Eastern Dragons. Horrified by the atrocities that he brought against
Korth and his family, Ryuu sacrificed himself to bring Tiamat back to life in a last desperate act to redeem himself. With
Ryuu's sacrifice, Tiamat rose from the dead and fulfilled her destiny to unify all dragons into one noble
Empire, with her as Queen, in the mountains far to the east. The Dragon Wars effectively came to a close, but tensions
continued in Korth between the elves, humans, and the growing orc tribes.
Cala Ashanrai marries Sara Adams the
High Priestess of Ollopa to form a stronger Elven Country to unify all elves who believe in Torrix and Ollopa. Together, they
have one child named Seran (meaning "newborn Star" in the Elven language), who is sent away to learn from Ollopan
monks of a far away elven monastery.
With Korth now in a peaceful state, Aldebaran Anrik abdicated all power as
Grand Commander in Prolix to allow the return of Queen Onyx. However, her reign did not last long as Garrick's minions
kidnapped both her and Cala Ashanrai one night. Both leaders were tortured, starved, and dehydrated in Garrick's dungeons.
Onyx managed to escape with Ashanrai's help to flee to a foreign land, but Ashanrai's corpse was found tortured and
chained to a statue of the infamous elven Moon God Ranul (which is the god to which Garrick proclaims to follow).
|
|
2608 AC
|
Jennifer Zopel, having learned from her previous weaknesses, returns as Empress
to restore Prolix. She becomes Empress and in a weird twist, is perceived by the Prolix humans as wielding too much power.
Seran, the son of Ashanrai and Sara Adams, returns from his schooling with a new acceptance of his human heritage
(from Sara Adams' father) and joins Prolix. He and Fro Daddy force Jennifer Zopel to sign a Magna Carta
to limit the Empress' power and bring elements of democracy into the human nation.
On the other side of the
river, a small group of elves elect Asora (Ashanrai's cousin) to serve as the new Cala of the Elven Country. A few days
into Asora's reign, Cala Asora is viciously attacked and killed by a yellow-eyed panther right in the capital city of
the Elven Country. A new conclave of elven priests and priestesses then elects Stayjit to become the new Cala of the Elven
Country.
