Ø  Added Red Sorceress as a GM controller

Ø  Added special lightning attack to a Celebgul Cu archery weapon

Ø  Allowed huntables and targets to give more EXP

Ø  Added function where if an attacker’s skill is 20 levels higher than the victim, the victim’s armor (in the case of a long range attack) or shield (in the case of a short range attack)is damaged & needs to be repaired before it can be used again

Ø  Added /repair command to be used with an appropriate repair merchant to fixed pierced armors and crushed shields

Ø  Fixed bug with “battlefield special effect”

Ø  Added fire rune, water rune, earth rune, and air rune as usable items

Ø  Allowed lead ore to be used to shield a person from the harmful radiation of tak

Ø  Added /lock command, similar to /store, but item can only be picked up by the item’s owner; Also, /lockstash (for 50 items), and /lockstock (for 100 items)

Ø  Fixed Prolix bank card issue

Ø  Added beekeeping to resource gathering as Case #11 (with bees wax as a new item worth 32 SP); must have at least 100 resource gathering skill

Ø  Fixed /hire merchant command

Ø  Fixed farming (hopefully for the last time)

Ø  Added wool shearing activity; success is based on user’s resource gathering skill; reward is 1 unit of wool, which sells for 11 sp; a sickle is required tool

Ø  Added /weave command; success is based on user’s accuracy skill; a sickle and a thread are required tools

Ø  Added items (purple rug, red rug, green rug, brown rug, pillow) to be associated products of the /weave command; also added to /use and /sell commands

Ø  Added cow milking activity; user must use hands when clicking on a cow (not necessarily completed)

Ø  Fixed /chisel and /spice commands

Ø  Added capability to allow leaders to grant build rights with command: /grant 10x10 to cit# (creates build zone with radius from leader’s position = 1 cell); /grant 25x25 to cit# (creates build zone with radius from leader’s position = 2.5 cells); /grant 50x50 to cit# (creates build zone with radius from leader’s position = 5 cells)

Ø  Added a new build command to allow players to set up their own mini-shops: /hire merchant for itemname; if player has a small market tent camped, must have at least a supply of 1,000 of the specified item; if player has a large market tent camped, must have at least a supply of 10,000 of the specified item

Ø  Added “!chalkboard” object action command capability; allows for a user to say a message, then click to display on a sign with “!chalkboard” argument

Ø  When you die ... a skeleton and a blood stain will now appear at your location to give a more “battlefield special effect”, and you will lose all silver carried to the skeleton (you can get it back by going back to skeleton to retrieve it). Also, attackers’ wont auto-steal money, they’d have to manually click your skeleton to get your money. Also, it requires a mystic water to clean up the blood stain

Ø  Fixed /spice bug

Ø  Fixed “buy item” bug

Ø  Fixed bug that allowed you to store banishment cards to get out of a banishment

Ø  Added /chisel command to be used to make powders if you have a chisel and a resource ore/salt rock

Ø  Revamped /spice command so it uses less code, no significant change should be noticeable to players

Ø  Added /craft command to be used to make weapons, armors, shields, etc

Ø  Added greater functionality to Defense skill (a contest of Defense skill will determine if a spell is successful on victim or not)

Ø  Added tak and triptyte uses as new items (tak is a very volatile explosive item, triptyte is a light source)

Ø  Added glaze mining as Tir’an-only trade to replace farming which is not working at all (Glaze is a new valuable resource, tak and triptyte are naturally occurring isotope forms of glaze that are more rare to gather… poisonous gas is emitted for each mining turn)

Ø  Added glaze as a means of spell protection … victim of a spell must have 4x the amount of spirit required by caster for spell in glaze to be protected, and once the victim is protected once, half the glaze disintegrates

Ø  Decreased value of salt rock to 12 and salt powder to 25

Ø  Added sugar (for 22 sp), cinnamon (for 28 sp), glaze (for 45 sp), tak (for 60 sp), triptyte (for 40 sp) to /sell command

Ø  Put caps on skill crystals (1000 max mana, spirit; 100 max defense, alchemy; 2000 max health)

Ø  Fixed bug in spells system (hopefully no more perm fly ^_^)

Ø  Added “missing” to combat system spice-up, per user request

Ø  Renamed /salt command to /spice command (added sugar as necessary for spicing fruit, cinnamon for spicing bread, and nutmeg for spicing milk), per user request

Ø  Added mass-storing capability (/stash command for dropping 50 of an item, /stock command for dropping 100 of an item)

Ø  Added salt rock crusher device, per user request

Ø  Added a Prolix national bank account with commands /donate # sp, /national withdraw # sp (prolix leader only), /national budget (prolix citizens only)

Ø  Added 2% interest earned for all deposits to a player’s prolix bank account (money comes from prolix national account if there’s at least 100k); for withdraws, a 3% charge of withdrawal amount is removed and put into prolix national account

Ø  Added new command for prolix bank: /request loan of # sp (only works if prolix national account has at least 200k more than loan requested amount)

Ø  Added capability for Prolix bank cards to be used as “debit cards” for buying items where player pays for 95% of item’s cost and Prolix national account covers the other 5% of item cost (only works if prolix national account has at least 50k)

Ø  Adding national boundaries & banishment capabilities by leaders (leader only command: /banish ____; changed old /banish command to /remove)

New Bot Update

Ø  Added tent ownership tags to the Description field of a camped tent

Ø  Removed limit to buying a health, spirit, or defense crystal one at a time

Ø  Added function to allow tents to be picked up, as long as the person has a corresponding tent key (only way to get one is to use a tent, so even if someone steals your tent, you could just pick up the thief’s tent since the thief can’t do it himself/herself)

Ø  Added item storing/pick up capability for cleaning up inventories ( /store itemname   command)

Ø  Death penalty only comes into effect if person’s Spirit is greater than 1, this will prevent someone from getting negative Spirit if they are killed frequently

Ø  Removed nation enter/leave messages

Ø  Added personal safe zone for Gypsy Tent users

Ø  Hunting rewards are now dropped on the ground by a monster and a hunter has to run to pick it up rather than the item automatically being transferred into person’s inventory

Bot Updates

Ø  Made lumberjacking and lead mining Prolix-only trades

Ø  Instituted farming activity

Ø  Made farming and salt mining Tir’an-only trades

Ø  Build zones require lumber from the user (the amount of lumber depends on size of the radius of the build area in meters divided by 100)

Ø  /eat command reworked so all foods have to be /salt first

Ø  Lumber can be bought in Prolix and salt powder can be bought in Tir’an

Updates Galore!!!! TGIF!!!!
Once again, more updates to enjoy this week:

Ø  Added salt, tak, and triptyte mining to be released at a later date for storyline purposes

Ø  Added console to harvesting to let player know they need to use a sickle

Ø  Added purple narrate spell color for Tir’anians and green narrate spell color for Prolixians

Ø  Fixed HUD stats bug

Ø  Fixed mana bug

Ø  Changed name of the regular Gathering skill (formerly Fishing skill) to Food Gathering skill

Ø  Added Resource Gathering skill to be used for activities such as lumberjacking and mining

Ø  Changed amount of ores received per successful mining = Resource Gathering / 10, so the amount of ores you can potentially receive from each mining run increases as your skill levels up (note, you can also lose a fraction of the Resource Gathering skill if you die while mining)

Ø  Added alchemy skill & alchemy EXP

o   once you reach 100 in alchemy, 90% of all your brewing will be a success

o   before you reach 100 in alchemy, 40% of all your brewing will be a success

Ø  Fixed build zone bug
